David Loots Ltd, trading as David Loots Recruitment, is a new recruitment organisation headed and inspired by experienced recruitment specialists seeking to deliver a recruitment service and consultancy which provides that little bit extra to clients and candidates alike.  It’s philosophy is simple: “To seek to improve on the best that exists and to set standards of excellence to which others may aspire but which they are unlikely to achieve.”  Operating initially from bases in south Manchester and Sheffield, recruitment expertise is concentrated in three key areas; Accountancy, IT and Executive Search and Selection. Consultants specialise in one of these areas, offering a tailored, client-driven service.  The objective is to build a national recruitment organisation which within five years will be a readily recognised brand synonymous with all that is best in recruitment practice.

• The building of strong client relationships in order that we may function more as a ‘business partner’ rather than a mere service provider.
• In-depth awareness of a given recruitment need underpinned by a good understanding of the general business need.
• The formulation of a tailored recruitment solution, advising clients of options available and recommending what is felt to be the best approach, be this database search, advertising or other options. • The application of a dedicated approach to candidates in order to gain full awareness of capabilities and needs and to generate confidence in the understanding and treatment of their career aspirations.
